Dr. Wyckoff has 22 years of extensive senior management and academic experience in higher education. Her focus has been in the areas of institutional effectiveness, academic policy development and implementation, faculty development, curriculum development, and program review/assessment and recertification activities.

Dr. Wyckoff currently serves as vice president for academic affairs at the Colleges of Worcester Consortium, and is charged with the mission of strengthening higher education through cooperative strategies and partnerships to address strategic planning; institutional effectiveness; accreditation processes; cross-curricular registration; enrollment, retention and graduation complexities; resource sharing; and faculty development. Dr. Wyckoff leads programs and services to improve campus culture, enhance student success, and raise student retention and graduation rates. Additionally, Dr. Wyckoff directs the Consortium’s Certificate in College Teaching Program and teaches graduate level courses in the program. She has also published several influential articles in Recruitment and Retention in Higher Education.

Prior experience in higher education includes serving as vice president for academic affairs at private colleges, extensive teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate level for traditional and non-traditional learners, and positions in the areas of admissions, continuing education and international programming.
